Rules of playy with VGP Playy Kingdom
At VGP Playy Kingdom, we prioritize your enjoyment and safety. Please read and adhere to the following rules before entering the play zones:
- Supervision: Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Management and staff are not responsible for injuries or accidents.
- Play Supervisors: Our staff monitor the play zones, but parents/caretakers are responsible for their children’s safety.
- Responsibility: VGP Playy Kingdom is not liable for accidents caused by visitor negligence.
- Adult Accompaniment: Children may only use the facility with a responsible adult (18+ years). Proof of age or family status may be required.
- No Drop-Offs: Parents/caretakers must remain on the premises.
- Time Management: Customers must leave the play area once the 1-hour playtime ends. A 5-minute grace period is allowed; beyond that, ₹300 will be charged per half-hour.
- Access Restrictions: Male servants or drivers are not permitted inside the play zones.
- Toddler Zone: For children under 3 years, access is limited to the Toddler Zone, with adult supervision required at all times.
- Junior Zone: Designed for children aged 3–10 years. Children aged 3–5 years must be assisted by an adult when using the equipment.
- Safety Gear: Ensure children wear a safety harness and helmet when using the rock-climbing walls
- Footage: Thank you for providing the footage in the premises, if required we will use it.
- Slides: Parents/caretakers must accompany toddlers on the multi-lane slides.
- Capacity Limit: The maximum capacity is 120 people (children + adults).
- Trampoline Zone: Limit to 4 children at a time to avoid overcrowding.
- Cleanliness: Help maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Socks Required: Socks must be worn by everyone in the play zones. No shoes or bare feet allowed.
- Prohibited Items: Do not bring toys, sharp objects, or loose items (e.g., hair clips, pens, jewelry) into the play zones.
- Clothing: Children in the Junior Zone should wear trousers or leggings to minimize injury risk.
- Toilet Breaks: Encourage children to use the toilet beforehand. Non-potty-trained toddlers must wear diapers.
- Equipment Use: Climbing on slides or external parts of equipment is prohibited.
- Food/Drinks: No food or drinks are allowed inside the play zones.
- Behavior: Misbehavior, bullying, or rule violations may result in removal from the play zones.
- Health: Unwell children should not use the play zones.
- Outside Food: Only food and drinks purchased at the café are allowed, except for infant food and children’s water bottles.
- Prohibited Activities: Smoking, chewing gum, helium balloons, sparklers, fireworks, and snow sprays are not allowed.
- Behavioral Misconduct: Aggressive or violent behavior may result in removal from the premises. Damages caused by misuse will be charged.
- Personal Belongings: Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
